Davin Burns is a 22 years old California native who started riding dirt bikes with his father at the age of 6. His dreams of becoming a professional racer quickly formed, he and his father did everything in their power to achieve his dreams. Everyday he would train, ride, to the gym, run, and anything to get his body in the best shape possible. 

On April 16th, 2014, just out of high school; he broke his C-5 while trying to achieve his goals of becomeing a professional racer. Davin took the passion and drive that he had for moto and put 110% into his recovery; his is not letting his injury define him. He has always been a positive person and likes helping people whenever he can. It was instinctual for him to reach out and offer help and support to the TLD family and Jessy Nelson when he head of Jessy's injury. Not wanting anything in return but just to be a sounding board and lend his experience with a similar injury to whoever had questions. Davin's strength and positivity really helped everyone and he has become part of the extended TLD family.

Davin has been attending Strides therapy monthly and has made some significant improvement in his recovery. Unfortunately, his insurance does not cover weekly visits and without a consistent schedule his momentum will decrease. R2R is working to get Davin's fees lowered and wants to help him as he so selflessly helped Jessy. If you are able, please donate to Davin's Stride's Fund.
